Crack NEET MDS – Strategy, Recall, Success

The Alumni Association of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur, organized an Alumni Guest Lecture on 3rd October 2025 to connect present students with accomplished alumni and promote academic excellence. The session featured two distinguished alumni, Dr. Sejal Mujariya and Dr. Niharika Patil, who delivered enlightening talks on “Crack NEET MDS – Strategy, Recall, Success” and “Roadmap to NEET”, respectively. Both speakers shared their valuable experiences and practical strategies for excelling in the NEET MDS examination, emphasizing the importance of consistent effort, smart study techniques, and maintaining a positive mindset throughout the preparation journey. The lecture was attended by approximately 50 students.

Seed Ball Making

The Seed Ball Making event was conducted on 30th June 2025 to promote environmental awareness and encourage simple, practical actions for supporting biodiversity and increasing green cover. The resource person for the event was Mr. Narendra Chandewar who is a divisional forest officer, Maharashtra ecotourism development board, he was accompanied by Ajinkya Bhatkar. The programme included a brief introduction to the concept of seed balls, their importance in ecological restoration, and the basics of selecting suitable seeds. Participants shaped the mixture into small balls and kept them for drying, as per instructions.

The Next Frontier- India & Abroad

The Alumni Association of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College & Research Centre, Nagpur conducted a CDE Program on “The Next Frontier” on 1st August 2025. Dr. Neha Rathi and Dr. Snehal Shrirao were the speakers for the CDE. The speakers enlightened students regarding scope and opportunities in dental education abroad and emphasized the importance of digital dentistry in modern practice. The number of attendees was 72. The objective of this event was to enhance current concepts and knowledge among participants.

World Oral Health Day

On the occasion of World Oral Health Day, the Alumni Committee of RDDC & RC Nagpur organized a skit with participation from interns of Batch 2020, on 26th March 2025. The skit was based on the theme “HAPPY MOUTH HAPPY MIND”. The skit was performed at VSPM College of Physiotherapy in front of patients. The aim was to spread awareness about oral health and hygiene along with overall health. The event was a successful effort in promoting awareness about oral health and hygiene.
