Brief Report:
HSET Unit of VSPM Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur had organized a workshop on Basics of audio and video editing for making e-content on 22nd Nov 2022
by Mr Prashant Joshi (Director- Mindbloom Technologies, IT and soft skills training Institute-Nagpur).
Dr Usha Shenoy Co-ordinator HSET Unit and Dr Mukta Motwani- Vice Dean Clinical felicitated the speaker and reiterated the commitment of the institute to deploy latest technology in dental education in current scenario.
The programme comprised of two parts:
a) talk explaining various aspects of video editing, related technical terms etc. and
b) demo sessions.
Short video clips were shown during the talk to help the participants understand and appreciate various nuances of video editing.
Demo sessions included video clip extraction, trimming, joining, adding effects and titles, saving options etc., using various packages.
Audio editing basics and conversion of various audio and video file formats were also be included in the programme.
This programme helped the participants in creating effective eContent, both for offline and online teaching-learning interactions.
Dr Saee Deshpande (Co-ordinator for this event) delivered the vote of thanks.
