Dr Usha Radke, Dr Abhay Kolte welcomed the speaker and the participants for this webinar. They also reiterated institute’s commitment towards building conducive research milieu in future. Dr Saee Deshpande (Assoc Prof Dept of Prosthodontics, Member BORS) introduced the speaker Dr. Punit Fulzele. Dr. Fulzele elaborated upon various aspects that are needed for overall growth of research in an educational institute including the process of developing a pre-incubation centre, collaborating with an established incubation centre, various ways to get funding, etc. As a Project Manager, DMIMS NEWGEN IEDC, Convener, BETiC Innovation Cell, DMIMS Innovation Council, IPR cell, Vice President, Institute Innovation council affiliated to MoE’s Innovation Cell, A GoI Initiative, Director, ITE Research Foundation (a section 8 Company) and IIC Innovation ambassador, he shared his vast experience in this field and also answered all the queries from the participants.
