E learning committee of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College & Research centre had organized a Faculty Development Program on Strategies for Keeping Students Involved in Teaching and Learning Using Different Online Platforms on 7th January 2025. The program was conducted with the objective of enhancing faculty awareness and skills in engaging students effectively through digital and online teaching platforms. The session was conducted by Ms. Aditi Joshi, who shared valuable insights into modern online teaching strategies. The lecture focused on addressing challenges faced during online and blended learning and provided practical solutions to maintain student attention, interaction, and motivation.
