A Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program titled, ‘Oral Sedation in Children: Safety, Science & Clinical Success’ an online webinar was organized on 11th June 2026 by the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, RDDCRC. The primary aim of the CDE program was to enhance knowledge and skills of dental professionals and students in the area of Oral Sedation in Children. The session was designed for strengthening practitioner competency in pediatric oral sedation methods and promoting evidence-based clinical practice to improve safety of treatment and enhance its quality. The webinar was led by Dr.Thejokrishna Pammi, a renowned expert in dental sedation within the field of pediatric dentistry. He delivered an insightful lecture covering key concepts. The session was attended by 75 delegates, including faculty members, private dental practitioners, postgraduate students, and interns. The feedback received reflected the success and relevance of the event.
