On occasion of ‘World Day for Safety and Health at Work’, a Self-defense seminar was conducted at Pride Hall, VSPM DCRC on 26th April 2023. A professional Martial artist and a Self-defense expert Mr. Nandu Kapoor was the Guest-speaker for the seminar. The seminar was conducted for the female students; major participants were from I and II year BDS. The seminar as scheduled began at 10 am, where Mr. Nandu Kapoor demonstrated various Self-defense techniques to the female students so as to make them prepared in the time of help. The seminar was a success as the students learnt the proper techniques of Self-defense along with learning its importance.
