HSET unit of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur has organized
lectures on Group dynamics and Team building on 20 th January 2026 for the Staff and
PG Students. Speakers for the event were, Dr. Suwarna Dangore, Professor & HOD, Dept. of
OMR, SPDC, Sawangi, Wardha.
After opening remarks of Dr. Usha Shenoy, co-ordinator, HSET Unit programme began. Dr.
Suwarna Dangore has discussed need of team building and elaborated the techniques of it in
day to day life.
Dr Jaya Joshi, co-ordinated the event.

The innovative initiative by HSET was well appreciated by all faculties and PG’s.
