HSET & IQAC unit of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur has organized lectures on MIND SPA- A Mind Rejuvenating Program on 13 th April 2026 for the Staff and PG Students. Speakers for the event were, Dr. Sushil Gawande, Professor & HOD, Dept. of Psychiatry NKPSIMS, Nagpur & Dr. Jaya Joshi, Lecturer, Dept of Prosthodontics, Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur.
After opening remarks of Dr. Apeksha Dhole, co-ordinator, HSET Unit programme began.
Dr. Sushil Gawande has discussed need of mental health care and elaborated the techniques of relieving stress in day today life and also shared his experiences. Dr. Jaya Joshi talked on techniques of relaxing and restoring the mind and to recharge the inner peace.
Dr. Rohit Moharil & Dr Jaya Joshi, co-ordinated the event. Dr. Ruchita, PG student from Department of Oral Diagnosis & Oral Medicine introduced the speakers & gave vote of thanks.
The innovative initiative by HSET & IQAC was well appreciated by all faculties and PG’s.
