HSET unit of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur has organized Workshop on ‘Resident As a Teacher (RAT)’ from 10th & 11th July 2025 by HSET Faculty of Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur. After opening remarks of Dr. Usha Shenoy, co-ordinator, HSET Unit programme began. HSET Faculty has discussed need of Resident as a Teacher (RAT). They elaborated the techniques and also shared their experiences while performing this innovative method. Two days workshop included various topics needed for MDS students to develop as teacher. All the faculty members made sure that MDS – II year students should remain engaged. Dean Dr. Abhay Kolte, has appreciated the enthusiasm in students and faculty.
