Personality development encompasses the dynamic construction of integrative characteristics that distinguish an individual in terms of interpersonal behavioral traits. It helps in boasting self-confidence, career growth and cultivating the skills of adaptability to promote overall development of an individual in society.
With consideration to this key aspect, the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, RD DCRC conducted a value-added course "SPRUZ-UP Guiding GenX Professionals" for 2nd BDS Students of the institute from 19 th to 21 st Nov, 2025. The event received an overwhelming response with participation of 100 students. The course encompassed various lectures designed to focus primarily on improving the social relations of students. The speakers focused on varied aspects of personality development including Professional ethics, Stress Management, Personal Grooming, Emotional Management, Conflict Management, Time Management, Ergonomics and Practice Management.
